2018 - Usability Enhancements List

Note: These are sourced from various partners with the Lucky Brand integration team and some asks from the eCommerce merchandising team.


SFCC Deck:


Accenture: 

  • Shop the Look: For products that are merchandised with other Lucky Brand products (models in images), insert a shop the look section/carousel where users can purchase the other products.
  • Add PayPal button in mini cart to eliminate checkout steps
    • I.e. user could navigate directly from the mini cart to the PayPal checkout
  • Quick Shop: Move the quick shop button over the product image to save space on PLP pages
  • Power Reviews Update
    • Allow users to sort by top rated products
  • Left Justify Breadcrumb
    • Horizontally-centered breadcrumbs do not visually relate to anything nearby, leaving them floating in space and somewhat out of context.  This is especially true on shorter breadcrumb trails.  Left-justifying them above the category sub nav at left (on PLP) will pull them back into relation, and would locate them in the place that a user expects to find them.  Also, eliminate the first slash before HOME.
  • Personalization - Customer group-specific search page/landing page based on customer spend
    • Customize search page to display products that are relevant to the customer (customer groups) based on spend or previous purchases.
  • Shopping Cart: Have product hero images rotate
  • Shopping Cart: Allow the user to click the hero image to navigate to the PDP page
  • Shopping Cart: Add product recommendation carousel in the cart to upsell/cross-sell based on what  the user has added to their cart
  • Transactional Email Templates: Add product recommendations on all transactional emails
