  1. Business Days for Shipping Timeframes

  2. STS Orders identified differently on Pack Slips (Hot Sheet)
    1. Will add to Hot Sheet for 2018 consideration
    2. How will DC STS orders show differentiation?
  3. GBB Locations
    1. Allocation Off
    2. David to send full list of GBB Stores
    3. Can we confirm/ensure the stores inventory is off the website? for all order types SFS, STS and ISPU.
  4. Canada Email Notices
    1. Hotmail deliverability is on track - should not experience any customer disruption
    2. Stores will create tickets if customer experience any disruption
  5. ISPU Stores
    1. Closing Time notices
      1. Hot Sheet - Orders placed within 1 hr of close time of store - will need to notify customer it wont be ready until following biz day
  6. Alerts for Stores
    1. SFS emails multiple emails coming through to stores
      1. Ops Request - Turn off SFS notices for ISPU Pilot locations
      2. This way email boxes only have the new ISPU/STS related email notices
      3. Stores already very familiar with SFS might not need notices
  7. Gift Wrapping
    1. Need to discuss more how this will work for STS and ISPU
      1. Likely turn this option off for these order type at launch
    2. Discuss concerns with "LD Holiday planning meeting" - need sign off from Tim and David
    3. How will stores know to wrap items? Will likely need to not be wrapped until the customer picks up. 
  8. Printer Issues
    1. Escalation concerns with support staff - for peak time issues
    2. Most stores dont have cashwrap printers
    3. Hot Sheet: Paperless Lucky Direct processing for 2018 (app or other integrations)
